Something that I learned is that, we need to be careful when we speak and whatever we do to other people because we would never know how big the monster they're fighting is and we might just add to their never ending list of agony. And you know what's worse? They wouldn't tell us that we just made their lives 10 times more harder, they'll just smile and nod and pretend like everything's okay, their specialty of course, something that they mastered through the years. You know why? Because the monsters that they face are their own, the battle with that monster could not be shared and even if they did, others wouldn't care because they have their own monsters to think and cry about at night, they need to formulate a plan to better hide it the next morning.
That's just how it goes with everyone of us, admit it or not. And we forget, we forget that we are all fighting and we add to each other's problems and trigger a monster of a person to come out and explode while the person will do everything to contain it, but they can't, they can't because the scars containing their worst fears have been opened and they just let all those troublesome creatures out. They're broken, you've broke them and they are at their worst. The pain would be excruciating, their mind tormented by everything they've dreaded in the past.
But you know what? Someday, someone would love all these monsters of yours. Someone would kiss your scars and close it. Someone would dig deep down, down to your inner core where these rotten fears are imprisoned, maybe a place you haven't visited yourself yet because you're scared to get a glimpse of them, and that someone would take your hand, and face them with you. And you wouldn't feel alone and all these monsters would be gone, it would be a thing of the past you once held.
And until then, hold on. Don't let these monsters eat you alive, don't let them destroy you, please. Please. Always remember you're not alone. We all have our monsters, big and small and we just have to hold on until the fight is over. Be strong, it's almost daybreak.
